As of 11/22/18 It's a small container about the size of an apple. Container is camo. (original container was a pill bottle with lime green tape). If your walking on the lower trail on the dam and going West, it will be on your left. If your walking East it'll be on your right.
Directions/Parking: I provided a trail map with parking areas in the photos. Take the trail that parallels the dam, from there the coordinates should get you to where you need to be. (You should be on the gravel road below where cars can drive).
