A quick cache near Exit 10 on I-89, Waterbury, Vermont.
The JOE 89 series was designed to give cachers a quick fix at each of the exits along I89 which they may use. The original cache at exit 10, by catoz, was archived when exit 10 reconstruction began and they were preparing to dynamite the area near the cache. I am placing a new JOE cache at a convenience store near Exit 10, with the store owner's permission. It is a quick grab, but it can be a very busy place at times. Please by stealthy. It would be wheelchair accessible except for a small curb between the pavement and the cache.
