Geocache Description:

The cache is dedicated to the Red Lake and the rock formation called Bear Rocks.

The lake name is a reference to the red color of the soil in the region formed over 50 million years ago. Norther of the lake there is a rather unusual rock formation called Bear Rocks, which formed from limestone during Cretaceous Period.
