A nice short walk about 0.1 miles from the parking area with very nice trails! This cache is part of a series of a micro, small, medium, large, and a multi cache at the Ellis Estate. Parking is right by the cache "Ellis Estate micro"
The cache is a small camouflaged container. If you walk the dirt road, you will come out to the Ellis Estate house, which was built in 1874. The house was in two movies "House By The Cemetery" (1981) and "Ghosthouse" (1988) The cache is little bit off the trail. There is no need to move rocks while finding the cache because it is visible. Congratulations to Thing2minus1=0 for the first to find!
HUNTING: I am not sure when or if hunting is allowed here, but its always a good idea to wear BLAZE ORANGE during the hunting season (Oct. 16 - Dec. 30)
