This is a industrial business park with multiple office buildings surrounding a pond. There's a fountain on one side of the pond and this is where the geocache can be found. One would never expect to find such a pleasant spot with a nice view in an industrial buisness park. There are several picnic tables where the office workers can come out to enjoy their lunch during the warmer months. If you stop by during the usual Monday through Friday 9 to 5pm work week there is parking available but less than what you would find on the weekends. Why not bring your lunch or enjoy of cup of coffee at one of the picnic tables while enjoying the view and searching for this geo cache. The picnic table is handicap accessible as there is a paved ramp leading to the area though the picnic tables are on a grassy area.
There are several flocks of Canadian geese that visit the area. During the spring you can see them foraging for food with their goslings. They stick around until the fall and then they are gone for the winter.
Don't fear the muggles. Thanks to Pokemon Go people are frequently strolling through this area searching for Pokemon because of the small pond (water type Pokemon here). Anyone sitting outside will think this is most likely what you are doing. And if asked, just tell them you've gotta catch'em all :-)
