This is the first of two geocaches we have placed along the Old Narrow Gauge Volunteer Trail. This is a nice, relatively flat and wide trail along a meandering brook, which we have taken on several long walks in this area. These should be good caches for all experience levels given the access to the trail and general terrain.
We have named these first caches for my girlfriend and her brother who are twins. During our generation several sets of twins were born in Randolph... maybe it was something in the water? This seemed like appropriate names when we decided to place two caches along this trail.
Please take a minute to read about the Old Narrow Gauge Volunteer Trail at the kiosk at the trailhead. This railroad has a nice history for our Maine Veterans and the community.
This cache has been placed between the trail and the brook on the right side of the trail. It is in a small Tupperware contain that has been camouflaged. There is a small pencil and log and a new buffalo nickle to the first person who discovers the cache. Good luck!!
