This series of Paddling on the Salmon Falls River caches is meant to highlight the wildlife that you may or may not see as you paddle along.
This cache is placed along the Little River, which feeds into the Salmon Falls River. You can put in at the launch off Hubbard Rd. Best time of year for this short stretch of the Little River is when the water is high. This area is very shallow until it joins Salmon Falls River. From that point, the paddle is very enjoyable. I hope you enjoy these rivers as much as I do. If you try for this cache during the winter, please be sure that the ice is safe. Quite often, ice is thinnest at the shore.
It would be much appreciated if you do not copy and paste the same log for your day of caching.
As always when Geocaching, have fun, be safe and leave no trace.
Congratulations to EquiLeen for FTF!
