Opening Hour: Tuesday to Saturday: 08:30 - 21:00; Sunday and Monday: 09:00 - 17:00
The Library is closed to the public on all National Holidays. Also, the Library is closed on the first Thursday of each month, which is the Library's cleaning day.

Each books or CDs/DVDs in library are all have a call numbers, which could let us know where the book is and found the books or CDs/DVDs we want easily. You could usually find the call numbers on it's spine.
在圖書館裡的每一本書或光碟都會有一組索書號, 索書號能夠讓我們知道書本的排放位置, 也讓我們能更方便的找到我們想找的書或光碟, 通常索書號都會被貼在書脊上(或光碟盒的背脊處)
And there have 2 classification systems that Taipei public library used. Dewey Decimal Classification is used to classify the English books and Chinese Library Classification is used to classify the Chinese books.
台北市立圖書館目前使用了兩種分類系統, 杜威十進分類法被用來分類英文圖書, 而中國圖書分類法則被用來分類中文圖書
