Geocache Description:

Located at the junction of the Thomson and Latrobe rivers, the Longford Swing Bridge is the oldest surviving Swing Bridge in Australia, constructed from 1880. There is car parking close by or it is a 7km walk from the Port of Sale along a sealed pathway. A great spot for fishing, picnics, birdwatching. This cache is also accessible by boat, mooring is within 100 metres.
