"INTERVENING DAYS" = The days in between Christmas and the New Year.
Following the success of this Event since its beginning 8 years ago, we would like to host this event again this year. This will be the 9th year in succession it has run around this time of year.
This event gives everyone the chance to come from far and wide and meet with like minded people and also gives us the chance to to meet new cacher friends as well as catch up with old cacher friends and share stories and have a chat and some good laughs. You may even pick up a hint or two through the day. We can also have the opportunity to prolong the festive spirit.
YOU CAN ROCK UP FROM 9.30am or 10am onwards and we will FINISH AROUND 2.00pm.
We will be there nice and early to secure our spot as usual.
There are Rotundas, BBQs, some tables and bench seats, a playground, toilets and plenty of parking. There are also walking paths to wondering along the creeks and around the park and possibly some ducks to feed.
So BYO FOOD AND DRINKS. Might be advisable to bring a folding chair if you have one as we can run out of seating if a large number turn up.
You will need to bring a GPS or similar device as you will need it for one of the games that are on the list to be played at the event and of course to find where the event is land also to go caching later in the day.
There will be prizes to be won and games to join in.
We all look forward to seeing everyone on at the event again this year. We especially look forward to meeting new people and catching up with old friends again.
