Back in July 2016 we held a CITO with the Yarrowee Leigh Catchment Group for a tree planting event along the Yarrowee River in Mount Pleasant (see GC6MZFD for more info).
Fast forward to 2017 and the site is in need of some maintenance (adding in tree guards etc.) and weeding. You are invited to come along and help the Friends of the Yarrowee group with this working bee. This forms part of the 'Breathing Life Back into the Yarrowee River' project. Our efforts will help form habitat connectivity along the river.
Sunday Febtuary 5th 1:30pm - 3pm
Upon arrival follow the crowd near the walking bridge to the site.
Please bring your gloves and wear appropriate clothing.
