I work up here in the mostly neglected quiet corner of Connecticut and the rapid shuttering of the businesses in this shopping plaza are a reminder of how forgotten this area is. While you're passing through Putnam, stop at this one thriving shopping center and grab a smiley.

You are looking for a small pill container and should be able to park next to the location or close to it. BYOP and use stealth.
