On April 19, 1995, at 09:02 AM, an unprecedented terrorist attack occurred in the heartland of America. 168 men, women, and children perished in this attack. A monument to those lost has been created at the site. To log this cache, visit the site and follow the coordinates to the statue which is across the street from the monument. To confirm your find, post a picture of the statue including your GPS. The standard virtual cache rules apply, i.e. no old vacation pictures, no internet downloads, only one log per person, etc.
