J.O.E. caches have a love/hate relationship with many geocachers. Either way, it's a quick smiley if the weather isn't great or you are just passing along the interstate.
This one is no exception. I have been thinking for the longest time there just aren't enough caches along this part of the 395 corridor.
You are looking for a nano hidden in one of the more ideal spots of this particular Park and Ride. Stealth is definitely required here. It should be an easy park and grab.
