SINCE PLACING THIS SERIES IN 2017 THE VEGETATION HAS GROWN PROLIFICALLY.

PLEASE BE WARNED: WE SUGGEST YOU DRESS IN LONG PANTS AND LONG SLEEVES.

THIS SERIES IS BY NO MEANS A POWER TRAIL.

Please note that some of the roads are gravel and is suitable for all vehicles but could be slippery when wet. Please do these caches only in daylight hours as these are country roads and residents would not take kindly to night geocachers.

This cache forms part of the Dodo Egg Geo-Art series of which there are 20 caches.

 

 

The East London Museum is home to the world’s only surviving Dodo Egg and a reconstruction of the flightless bird that lived on the island of Mauritius. It is fitting that East London’s first Geo-Art should feature the Dodo Egg.
