Like other kurkar hills in the area, rabbit hill was more massive in the past, but over the years as the city developed, pieces of it were carved and used, for Magen David Adom center and religious institutes among others. The hill is one of the last urban natural areas.
Finding the garden itself could prove to be somewhat tricky. There is a main entrance with a clear sign, and parking space as well. From Hagilgal St. turn on the paved path next to Magen David Adom.
Terrain is hilly and sandy, but not difficult. Arriving after sunset is not recommended, but if you do come at night, watch your step and respect the wildlife.
