There is NO ACCESSING THIS CACHE FROM EITHER I-95 OR THE SPAULDING TURNPIKE. Instead, it's a short hike or very short bike ride from the provided parking coordinates. You SHOULD also be able to park at the trailhead coordinates off Rockingham Avenue. There is room to pull off and I did not see any No Parking signs. Terrain rating is based on walking distance from the posted parking coords.
This cache is located where Ashland Road merges with a pedestrian trail. The road itself is also known locally as "Bush Highway" as it was last used by President George H.W. Bush as a shortcut to get home to Kennebunk, ME. After departing Air Force One at Pease, he used his 'highway' to quickly access Interstate 95 via the Portsmouth Traffic Circle. By keeping it off limits to the general public, it was faster and could be secured more easily.
