Geocache Description:

The Seekonk Land Conservation Trust and the Community Preservation Committee constructed this walking trail in late 2016. The trail connects the YMCA/Town Hall Trail to the Turner Reservoir Loop where many other caches are located. The trail includes bog bridging boardwalks and a pedestrian bridge across the Runnins River. Please be aware that although there are walkways built over the swampy areas, it may still be muddy in some spots, if there has been a lot of rain recently. Also, there are pricker bushes and poison ivy in this area. Bug spray is advised in the warmer months. The trail is accessible from several points on foot but it is probably best to park at Seekonk Town Hall, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area. When you pull into the Town Hall parking lot, the trail is clearly marked and there are also picnic tables and a playground. The cache is a medium/ regular size plastic container with plenty of room for swag. If you take something please leave also leave an item of equal or greater value. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE: DO NOT PLACE FOOD OF ANY KIND IN A CACHE! Thanks and Happy Geocaching!
