Originally placed on July 26, 2002, it was immediately lost to an evil person:

July 26, 2004

True to his word, the vault opened today and the vial was found. Our agent was waiting, and when the vault opened at noon, he quickly moved it to a new location. Two years of containment have not altered it any. The vial contains important data which could lead to the conviction of MisterBig. Agents are instructed to proceed to the posted coordinates. There you will find the small vial inside of a small box. Carefully remove the vial and note the color of its contents. You will need this information to solve the upcoming Mission: Impossible. Replace the vial as you found it! Do not open the vial! It may contain harmful material.

Perhaps MisterBig was not entirely true to his word. Did he leave the country in July of 2002? Or was he still here a month later? The answer to this question will also help you solve Mission: Impossible.
