Fed Up? Traditional Geocache

This cache features the old entrance to a once unstaffed GMNF campground that was budget cut by our good ole fed gov.

Does it make you fed up with the fed gov? Don't they realize they work for us?

"Geez, better not take anything away from "special interest" groups and "pork belly" programs and a bloated defense budget. Nooo, can't do that!"

"Instead, lets take away the fun recreation places for the hard working taxpayers that support us!"

Unfortunately, when budget cuts are made, this is the stuff that gets the axe.

They actually blocked this campground off so we can't drive in our vehicles. Yet, we are still allowed to camp there.

This is another prime example of fed gov logic.

I had camped here a few times about ten years ago. They had vault toilets in a couple locations and a water supply. The grounds were kept mowed and there was a metal donation box at the entrance.
