The cache is a bit bigger than a quart water bottle. It starts out containing trinkets for children. The trail is on Tin Mt. Conservation Center land. You may wish to continue up the road and park at the Center. Inside there are bathrooms and you could pick up a map of the trails. If they are closed, I have taken a photo of the trail map which you can print out ahead of time. It is only about 1/4 mile to the cache. You can continue on the trail and make a loop hike (refer to the map).
In about the 3rd week of June the Mountain Laurel will be in bloom. This is one of the northernmost patches of Mt. Laurel. You will be in the midst of it if you take the trail heading south (away from) the geocache.
