When I was in High School, I took an English class that focused on Women in History. The teacher told us to treat the text books with kid gloves as he was not able to attain any more. LIFE magazine came out with a special report called REMARKABLE AMERICAN WOMEN 1776-1976. Given that this year seems to be turning into the year of the women, I thought it was a good time to have some caches related to powerful and or influential women.
