The Indians believed that many ages ago the Great Spirit, in the form of a snake, created the Dells when it forced its huge body through a narrow opening in the rocks.

The container is a camo matchstick container. The container used to be about half way down the rock face but a new fence and new no tresspassing signs forced us to relocate the cache in the winter of 2013. There is still a Dam Pretty View.
