Located in Huddart Park in Woodside California, the goal of this cache is to collect photographs from around the world.
This cache is located in Huddart Park, which is in Woodside California. There is a $6 parking fee for the park. The goal of this cache is to collect photographs from around the world. The "prize" is being able to look thru the pictures that were left by previous cachers. So, please do not remove anything from the site.
If you can, please leave a photograph of your own in the cache.
The photo should be one that you have taken of some location in the world. PLEASE WRITE YOUR GEOCACHING NAME ON THE PHOTO SO WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE! On the back of the photo, you can write where and when it was taken, and a little note to cachers who will see your photo.
There are two ways to reach this cache. The short way (20 minute hike), and the long scenic way (1 hour hike). To go the short way, drive thru the park entrance and park in the upper "Werder" parking lot. To go the long way, park in the lower "Redwood Oak" parking lot.
There are lots of trees along the way, so you'll need to get a good GPS fix whenever you get into a clearing. The cache is located in a place with excellent view of the sky. I had 10 satellites and 17 foot accuracy when I set it. Use the hint if you are worried about not having good GPS reception.
The cache is in a Tupperware container about 20 feet from the trail. There is no need to plunge into thick bushes, but you may need to step over a few small shrubs.
