Der Teufelstritt oder auch Teufelsritt
Am Boden der Frauenkirche in München ist im Pflaster der in Stein gehauene Abdruck eines menschlichen Fußabdrucks zu sehen, der an der Ferse auch Sporn hat. Wenn man sich in diesen Tritt hineinstellt und in Richtung Hochaltar schaut, sieht man keine Seitenfenster (von 1622 bis ca. 1860 war auch das Mittelfenster durch den einen Renaissance-Hochaltar mit dem Maria-Himmelfahrt-Bild von Peter Candid nicht sichtbar).
Laut einer Sage habe der Baumeister mit dem Teufel um seine Seele gewettet, dass man in der Kirche kein Fenster sehen könne. Als die Kirche fertig aber noch nicht eingeweiht war, soll sich der Teufel durch das große Tor geschlichen und den Bau betrachtet habe. Der Teufel, der in diesem Moment exakt auf der Stelle mit dem heute zu sehenden schwarzen Fußabdruck stand, habe laut gelacht und gemeint, dass ein Bau ohne Fenster werde nicht viel nützen. Er konnte also von dieser Stelle aus kein Fenster sehen. In triumphierender Freude soll er auf den Boden gestampft und so im Pflaster seinen Fußtritt hinterlassen haben. Als er dann jedoch einen Schritt vorging, konnte er plötzlich eine Menge Fenster sehen. Nun sah er, dass er die Wette mit Baumeister verloren hatte. Aus Zorn soll er sich in einen heftigen Wind - in der Hoffnung, er könne die Kirche mittels eines einstürzen lassen - verwandelt haben. Die Kirche hielt den Winden jedoch stand. Seit jener Nacht stürmt es - bis zum heutigen Tage - immer noch um die Türme der Kirche. Geht nach dem Besuch der Kirche hinaus und achtet darauf - ihr werdet immer einen ständigen Wind spüren.
Deine Aufgabe: Finde den Teufelstritt, stelle deinen Fuß daneben und mache ein Foto zusammen mit deinem GPS davon.

The Devil's Step
At the ground of the Frauenkirche in Munich is the stone-carved imprint of a human footprint, which also has spurs on the heel. If you look at this step and look in the direction of the high altar, you can see no side windows (from 1622 to approx. 1860 the middle window was not visible through the Renaissance high altar with the Maria Himmelfahrt picture of Peter Candid).
According to a legend, the builder had wagered with the devil for his soul that anyone couldn't see a window in the church. When the church was ready but not yet opened, the devil was to sneak through the great gate and look at the building. The devil, who at that moment stood exactly on the spot with the black footprint to be seen today, laughed loudly and thought that a building without a window would not be of much use. He could not see a window from this point. In triumphant joy he was to be hit on the ground, leaving his footsteps in the pavement. But when he took a step, he could suddenly see a lot of windows. Now he saw that he had lost the bet with the builder. He was to turn from anger into a violent wind, hoping that he might have collapsed the church by means of one. But the church stood still. Since that night, to the present day, the towers of the church are still windy. Go out after the visit of the church and pay attention - you will always feel a constant wind.

L'empreinte du diable
On trouve gravée dans le sol de la Frauenkirche à Munich une empreinte de pied humain, qui présente également des éperons au talon. Lorsque vous vous y positionnez et que vous regardez vers le grand autel, on n’aperçoit aucun vitrail latéral (NB: entre 1622 et 1860 le vitrail central était masqué par un haut autel Renaissance de Peter Candid représentant l’Assomption).
Selon la légende, le bâtisseur avait parié son âme avec le diable qu'on ne verrait aucun un vitrail dans l'église. Quand celle-ci fut finie mais pas encore inaugurée, le diable se faufila par la grande porte et regarda l’ouvrage. Le diable, qui se tenait exactement au niveau de cette empreinte s’esclaffa et signifia qu'un édifice sans fenêtre ne serait pas de grande utilité. A partir de cet endroit précis, il ne pouvait en effet voir aucun vitrail. Dans une joie triomphante, il frappa du pied par terre, laissant ses traces sur le pavement. Mais quand il s’avança d’un pas, il put soudainement apercevoir une multitude de vitraux. Alors qu’il réalisait qu'il avait perdu le pari avec le bâtisseur, il transforma sa colère en tempête, espérant pouvoir effondrer l'église. Mais l’édifice resta debout. Depuis cette nuit, les tours de l'église sont constamment aux prises avec le vent. Sortez après la visite de l'église et faites attention - vous sentirez toujours un vent omniprésent.

Il passo del diavolo
Nella parte inferiore della Frauenkirche a Monaco di Baviera è la impronta in pietra di un'impronta umana, che ha anche spinte sul tallone. Da quella notte, ad oggi, le torri della chiesa sono ancora in tempesta. Uscire dopo la visita della chiesa e prestate attenzione - sentirete sempre un vento costante.
