A little place off of a trail, there’s a row of trees that I find very beautiful and just a nice place to sit when you’re feeling down. There’s lots of mosquitoes just a forewarning. The package is in a little first aid box underneath a fallen tree/log right in the middle of the row of trees. Bring your own pen! There’s a log and a letter, please leave the letter.
Update: hey everyone, it’s been a long time. I originally placed this cache back in 2017, I’ve since moved across the country (military life). I’ve read every log that has come through over the years. I know the cache needs some maintenance, specifically it needs a waterproof box. Anyone who wants to, feel free to replace anything that it needs! Just keep it in the same location. The letter is long gone, but was about how I found solace in that space during a hard time and while battling depression. I hope that if someone took the letter, then it has been cared for. If it was ruined in a flood, that’s okay too! I’m just happy some got to read it while it was there. Thank you all for continuing to find my happy place after all this time!
