Staying Cool Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

RossFamilyCachers: I'm sorry to announce that I will be archiving this geocache. I've loved watching how much everyone has enjoyed it, but our family will be moving to Wisconsin in a couple weeks and we plan to take it with us to place as a cache there.

Geocache Description:

This should be a quick find at this busy intersection, be careful of muggle observers.  Cache is small and magnetic, please bring your own pen or pencil. The container may be difficult to open, it is best to push against the latch with both thumbs. Please keep your back to the road as you retrieve the cache.

Summers do not often get very hot in Maine compared to other parts of the country, but on those occasional hot and humid days these devices can be very helpful.  They are especially necessary in restaurants where the heat from cooking can easily overwhelm the inside of a building.  Still, I wonder what low-energy methods were used before their invention.

You are looking for a small container that is held in place by magnets.  It should be fairly easy to find, but it is in a high-muggle traffic area.  To see this cache you'll have to look low and then look up. There are a few small swag items inside the cache to start, but not much will fit into this container.  This cache has been placed with the business owner's permission.
