Royal Park is the largest of Melbourne’s parks, covering 170 hectares, and its wide open stretches of open grass alternate with areas of lightly timbered eucalypt forest, home to possums and a huge variety of birdlife, including rosellas, wrens, robins and birds of prey. You can also choose your sport, and you'll find the facilities, whether tennis, golf, football, baseball, cricket, netball, hockey, cycling or walking.
This geocache will take you into the lesser visited section of Royal Park where you can stroll around in amongst the trees and on paths, made and unmade until you decide that the time is ripe to find this geocache.
Beware of muggles parking cars, driving past, cycling past or walking past. You are in a hive of potential activity when you are looking for this geocache. It is annoying. It is a micro. It is hanging in a bush. You may spot it first time and be lucky. You may not spot it easily and have to look harder and harder. There is a meaningful hint to minimise any pain you might feel.
You are looking for a bison tube hanging in the bush where the tube has a cable tie attached to the branch so there is no danger of the bush being strangled as it grows as there is a lot of room around the branch and the cable tie.
