This cache is intended to be a tribute cache to one of my favorite finds placed by my old geocaching buddy Ski-guide on a Christmas day several years ago. It also takes the place of an archived cache that was a wooden soldier. I liked the spot and thought of naming it skating pond. Don't slip on the ice. Happy Holidays from Pedaltwister and Ski-guide!
