A quick little mystery to go along with the 2018 New Years Day Brunch with Loch Cache event.
The Event
GC7BB75 - 2018 New Year's Day Brunch w/ Loch Cache - is the seventh of what has become an annual geoevent. This cache is a traditional to go along with that event.
Background:
Each year I try to create a puzzle to be released on New Years Day that is a bit challenging. Last year I was teaching Physics so it was a physics puzzle. This year I am teaching SAT Math prep. Although this may seem easy for those who got a perfect 800 on the math portion of the SAT, for others should be challenging.
The Puzzle:
Below are ten individual SAT problems almost identical to ones I pulled out of a test prep book to use with my junior classes. Each problem has a letter assigned and each answer has a number assigned. Figure out the answer to each question and sub it into the following to determine the final coordinates for the puzzle:
