    AND

For Lowering Blood Pressure and Cholesterol

Exercise is GOOD FOR YOU! Take a brisk walk through Bailey Forest. This cache will be more pleasant in the winter or early spring. This is not a park and grab. This is a park, walk, climb, jump, duck and grab. Totally about the journey - once you reach your destination, the cache should be an easy find (unless the critters have attacked it.) There are two ways in. From the North or South. Neither is easy. Be careful. I take no responsibility for accidents. I wouldn't have you go anywhere I was not willing to go first. (I accessed the hiding spot from the South side.) For you new cachers, this is the way many of the hides used to be. Dedicated to all cachers who like a good hike or need a new place to walk their dog.
