My sister and I discovered this view when exploring an old woods road. We came across this wide road, very eroded, going up with winding curves. There are even three culverts. We were delighted to arrive at a polished granite summit with a lovely view. On the day I hid the cache, the ground cover was minimal, and a nice crust of ice made microspikes necessary and made the climb up much nicer than in the summer when it was a grind up eroded rocks. With more snow, snowshoes will be necessary.
The cache is a small camoued bottle. It is obvious that this view is visited by others: the fire rings and one bit of trash, and the footprints I followed up in the snow. So I tried to make it not visible to the casual explorer, and not right at the viewpoint. Please return it behind it's hiding spot.
