Be sure to Play Fair! Someone in the following story is BLUFFing! Figure out who!

A body was found in the middle of the woods where cell reception is hard to maintain. After a brief investigation, the police narrowed down the search to three persons-of-interest in the investigation. Their names were Jack, Mark, and Felix. The police questioned all three men and only one person was known to be innocent.

First up was Jack. Here was his story: "I was nowhere near where this happened! I'm innocent! At the time of the murder, I was out with my frienD at a bar. We were getting a little drunk but I knew when enough was Enough. As I drove home I noticed these two men by the side of the road loading a shovel into their truck. We stopped to see if we could help, but they said they were fine. I still grabbed a couple of tools and helped them load it in their truck before we left. That's how you found my prints on the sCissors! I thought they were out at night Geocaching or something!"

While the police were waiting on the story to clear up in forensics, they interviewed Mark.

"I was in my truck driving along with my friend Felix. We were out doing some Geo-cachIng thing with oUr tools in the back. We got out of our car and saw this weird looking bag. We opened it and that's when we saw Her. We immediately packed up our things and got the hEck out of there. I made sure to paCk my gun just in case we bumped into this Murderer."

Unsure of what to make of Mark's statement, they finally interviewed Felix.

"I.. I haven't done anything wrong... I was lUred in. This random guy drove by me and asked me if I wanted to see a new cool gadGet cache he just found, asking if I was a geocacher beforehand. I grabbed my tooLs of the trade bag and made my way into his car. Then he pulled a gun on me and made me stay silent whilst he lead me to the middle of this old bluff. He forced me out of the Car to where this woman was and made me take his gun and use my own Finger to pull the trigger. He had another gun pointed at me so there was nothing I could do! He made me do this... I never wanted to hurt anyone! I promise!"

The police were stumped by their stories but soon they will have enough evidence to prosecute someone for murder. Felix may have admitted to pulling the trigger, but was he really forced to do it? Who was BLUFFing?
