Come to Chattanooga - To Geocache!

This is a simple geocache with a field puzzle.

What does this mean?   Go to the posted coordinates.   It will take you to the Post Office on Amnicola Hwy.   The picture below contains the puzzle.   You will have to locate the P.O. Box with the given number, then follow the arrow directions (down, right, etc.) to arrive at a new P.O. Box.  You will then use a specific digit from that new P.O. Box (say the 2nd digit) in determining the final coordinates.

What are the final coordinates?

N 35°    AB.CDE      W 085° FG.HIJ

The final coordinates are nearby, so you won't have to move your car or walk very far.

One important note.   To make things easier, the starting P.O. Box will ALWAYS be in the top left corner of a section of boxes.
