It's time once again to come together for a wacky, fun-filled 30 minute event where we just get silly and go crazy!
A Flash Mob is a large group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, do something unusual for a brief period of time, and then quickly disperse. You must be present and sign the log during this time to claim the event.
What is the WWFM? WWFM – World Wide Flash Mobs – A fun and friendly way to promote geocaching around the world.
Thousands of geocachers at dozens of coordinated events spanning the globe, gathering at the same time.
Our plan is to gather June 9th, 2018, to commemorate World Wide Flash Mob XV at Bear Creek Park in Medford. Be sure to bring your kids, so they may have fun blowing bubbles, chasing them around and enjoying the fun! Don't forget to bring your bottle of bubbles! :)
WWFM - XV Agenda
Here's the plan: Let's all plan on arriving around 9:45 am, finding a parking spot, maybe locating a nearby cache or two. As the 10 am time of surprise approaches, we'll very casually and nonchalantly make our way to the castle structure in the park.
10:00-10:14 AM Commence the bubble blowing!! A limited supply of bubbles will be provided for those who do not have them.
10:15 AM Cease your bubble production and Sign the Log Book.
10:20 AM Gather for official Group Photo
10:30 AM Disperse! Move away from the GZ and go about the rest of your day.
Last year WWFM had participants in 792 events in 52 countries, attended by 27,188 participants! Come be a part of the 2018 World Wide Flash Mob event!
