This cache is placed at the parking area for the Downes Brook, UNH, and Mt. Potash trails as well as a number of cross-countnry ski trails. We recommend to hike up any of these trails to see great views towards Mt.Passaconway, Mt. Chocorua and the Three Sisters, Mt. Carrigain, and The Tripyramids from any of the summits. There are also many ponds near the cache that have a lot of wildlife. There is no camping at the trailhead but there are numerous campgrounds on the Kancamagus and in Conway.
