Ewe Beauties Swan Song Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

ww2_nut: I am having to archive this cache for the safety of the public. I have found 3 syringes here all of different occasions and it looks like the local junkies have moved in. Sorry to all but safety needs to come first.

Geocache Description:

This cache has been placed near what was the old Mildura abattoirs which has remained unused since 2004. But has recently been approved to reopen to process sheep & goats for the export market. This will provide lots of jobs to locals which can only be of benefit to the community and may help to reduce the local feral goat populations on nearby stations.

The cache is also placed between 2 large storage dams which the defunct FMIT (First Mildura Irrigation Trust) built before being compulsury accuired by the government at great cost to growers and placed under the control of Lower Murray Water in 2008. This was a highly controversial move by the government and is still hotly debated by locals even today 10 years on.

Where the actual cache is is also a very interesting specimen and it is important that you replace the cache back exactly where you found it. Also note that you will be required to use stealth as there are lots of workers at the abattoirs now.
