This parking area once had a few basic facilities, including water and a sculpture by Vermont artist, Paul Aschenbach. Now the stop has been reduced to just parking. You may catch a glipse of the sculpture through the trees. I have included pictures of the sculture and the old drinking fountain so that you don't have to go beyond the fence to see them. It is not permitted to go beyond the fence, please do not do so. If you need bathrooms or other facilities, the Williston rest areas are quite nice.
