The cache is in memory to a fellow cacher who used to have a placement near here. Scott Pond in Fitzwilliam was one of my favorite night fishing spots.
The cache itself is a camo-taped waterbottle. It will be difficult or impossible for the vertically challenged (so bring a tall friend). The tree is sort of rotted so try not to lean on it!
