The cache is at the posted coordinates, but this is a CHALLENGE cache that requires fulfilling additional requirements before logging a find. The actual find is almost a 1/1.
If you use cache attributes to help you find some of the harder caches, you will notice that sometimes an attribute is a negative - as in not winter friendly or no dogs. This cache requires you find caches with all 41 of the possible negative attributes.
I'm not sure how hard this is, since I never looked for a cache with a negative attribute. You could do that by creating a pocket query for the ones that you need. Here's a challenge checker to see where you stand.
