Ok, so actually, Haigis Parkway is in Scarborough, Maine. But when it was originally settled, the town name was Owascoag. The “land of much grass” due to the nature of the various marshes in the area. The Sokokis Indians were the original settlers, and evidence of their fishing can be found in one of the rivers at low tide.

This cache is an easy park and grab, just be sure to pull off the road due to the road being a bit busy. But there is room. And it should be winter-friendly depending on the snow banks.
And, I'm starting to wonder if there is an older cache nearby. This one, you don't even step off the road to find it. But a couple people have said they found the cache, soaking wet, or in the crook of a tree. This cache when I check, is always dry, and its not in a tree!
