J.O.E. caches are an easy way to pick up more finds while traveling- or a nice fast Smiley for those that already live nearby.
There is no pedestrian access to this cache from the highway- please use exit # given. This cache is a bit bigger than my other joes and holds a logbook, pencil and space for swag/ trackables.
The JOE cache series was started by altosaxplayer, a member of the Tri-Cities Geocachers. The name JOE means "Just Off the Exit". The series was started as an Interstate 81 equivalent to the "Loop to Loop" cache series that was started in Memphis, TN by cgeek. The JOE caches are placed near the exit and are intended to help traveling cachers break up the monotony of highway driving. The hint is a dead give away to the cache location.

This location is rated 1.5 for terrain, although i think a handicapped cacher could access the container- only you know your abilities.
