After hiding "Rockin in the New Year" I traversed a water hazard and followed the trail along the Shetucket. The trail was wet but do-able and I had sneakers on. 👟 These hides along this trail will be easier to get in the late fall, winter, and early spring. I don't think I'd want to be out here in the summer although I know people fish🐟 along here during fishing season. The water is very high in the river after that New Year's Eve rain we got. I had a new 'Neil Young' CD on in the car so I've got Neil on the brain. Started to unconsciously hum this song "Down by the River" while walking along the trail so it's the name of the hide...just saying! Now I must of taken 10-12 sets of cords standing in the same place without moving and every set was different. Use the hint if you run into trouble. Upon reaching the area of ground zero I said to myself "that must of been really, really loud"! You are looking for a snow friendly container. BYOP 🖋 & please re-hide as found! Thanks and cache on! Congrat's to Dale & Molly for FTF!
