To earn this smiley you will have to hike up a moderate terrain and climb a tree. There is a trail you can take up or if you are feeling adventurous bushwhack over the rocks to the nearby Richmond cave. The trail is located about 200 feet from parking. Look for the large fallen tree which is blocking the trail from motorized vehicles. You are looking for a camouflaged weatherproof specimen container hanging about 25 feet up in a tree.
There is a small public pull-off parking area along Route 8 'Curran Highway'.
