Where is the house?
I thought this future neighborhood park, as shown on open street maps (openstreetmap.org), looked like a fun place to explore.
The posted coordinates are where I stood as I took them. The maps show it in the middle of a pond, but things change, and data is only so good...
I'm only going to tell you to head east from the posted coords, and to look for something big and obvious, less than 200 yards away. By big, I mean bigger than a good sized person.
Once you find that, project a waypoint 101 meters at 25 degrees from there, and go find the hide. The hiding spot shouldn't be too obvious, but it looked like a good spot for a small, to me.
Warning: Watch out for sharp edges. And thorns, and the usual woodland hazards.
From the final location, you'll be well on your way to GC836QN and back to parking.
