This is a relatively straight foward Multi, but if you know my caches you will know I like to be awkward.
It is placed near Ham Lands and the Gun range and is a themed container of sorts.

At the start point there is plenty of free parking, it only gets busy on a rare sunny weekend.
Close by there is a sign for Ham Lands, you will need to study this to get the coords.
Assuming N51 & W0. You will need to find the correct word by counting the required amount and then count the number of letters to give you the numbers needed for the equation.
Single letters like A or the & count as a word a have the value of 1 and 72 should be treated as one 2 letter word .
