This cache is located at the tip of the scenic Goose Cove trail, in Gloucester, MA. The trail is maintained by the Essex County Greenbelt Association. We placed this cache to help more folks find this beautiful, maneageable and secluded hike along the water in Gloucester. In season enjoy observing fishing, lobstering and clamming happening in the cove. The main trail is a 1/4 mile hike with minimal grade change through the woods. Watch out in spring or during periods of rain, parts of the trail can get a bit wet or partially flooded. For the those with an adventurous spirit (and who own some Muck boots!), at low tide there is a great walk along the water across the rocks and marshland. Bring a camera to capture the beautiful views!
