To seek this cache, you will be visiting one of the largest housing developments in Vermont. However this development does not house people.... and it makes for quite the amazing sight.
In this development, the inhabitants have made room for some of their distant relatives to stay too. It is an interesting community here in this locale. 
There is no need to venture onto the clearly demarcated private property to find this winter-friendly cache. Please heed the big stop sign on the fence and do not approach the "dangerous animals" beyond. They are just fun to look at from a short distance. Enjoy your visit!
NOTE: parking a motor vehicle here at the town beach now officially requires a permit between Memorial Day and September 30. No problem if you're on foot or on a bicycle, or parking here during the off-season.
