Geocache Description:

Welcome to Conservation Park in Scituate, Ma!

This scenic area has a beautiful overlook of the Herring River and the North River. The James Landing Boat Ramp is a convenient place to launch small boats or crafts like kayaks. On most good days in the Summer you will likely see kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, motor boats, and the occasional sailboat or windsurfer. This water here is shallow, especially at low tide, so you will not likely see larger commercial boats such as fishing boats. However, this is not the best place to swim as there are old dock stakes sticking up underwater with nails, possible fishing string, old lobster pots, and your feet will sink into the mud!

Congratulations to Hipointer and Capiti for the First To Find!!
