I am a fan of William Hope Hodgson's sci-fi books, of which "House on the Borderland" is one. Definitely not your typical stories. This cache is located close to the property border, so the name came to mind -- (but I don't know if the cache will last millions of years into the future:) This is a large cache with room for SWAG and, hopefully, will be a good stop for Travel Bugs too. This is one of hopefully several new caches in this area, which has been needing an infusion of new caching activity! There is also another parking spot at 42 40.283 / 71 37.680 space for a few cars off-street.
